This year I'll be going to ANIMA, the Brussels Animation Film Festival, which starts in early March. I've been invited as a member of the jury, deliberating the national competition.
As Stick Man's run of the festivals is over now, I'm looking forward to position myself on the other side of the fence for once. It will be exciting to see what kind of animation films have come out of Belgium in the last year.
I'm looking forward to experience the festival as a whole. Last time I've been to ANIMA, I was still a student, and it was the turn of the century. I'm sure a lot has changed since then.
